Why the assessment instead of a contact form
A blank box marked "your message" produces two sentences and a telephone number, and the first twenty minutes of the call are then spent establishing what the business does. The assessment asks the questions we would have asked anyway, in a form you can do at half past nine at night, and it gives you something back before you have given us anything.
It also lets you see what we think matters about a business before you talk to us, which is a fairer basis for deciding whether to.
