The last of those is the honest one. There is no accessible toilet in this building and we cannot change that, which is a real limitation on a ninety-minute meeting. If it matters, we will come to you instead — most of the work happens at client premises anyway, and a first meeting at yours is a perfectly normal thing to ask for.
